The wearer of these shoes should have a range of ladies stockings (nylons) attached to the inside of his mac for sale on the blackmarket, and above those should be a range of wrist watches. Also the wearer should have a small moustache and a trilby kind of hat, in fact, not too unlike the character, Walker, in Dad’s Army…tha nos!
